Motorola APX and Motorola XTS speaker microphones utilize different radio connectors. If you have two radios, or two external carriers and want to switch from one to the other quickly, we recommend the SDM-APXQD (SHEEPDOG QD REMOTE SPEAKER MIC, MOTOROLA APX) and the QD23, which is a QD adapter for Motorola XTS radios.
