Refund Policy

SHEEPDOG® has a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return/refund, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You may also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions on how and where to send your package. Products sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it carefully and notify us immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, allowing us to assess and address the problem quickly.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status for the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically through your original payment method. Note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund posting.
