We understand that in your line of work, things happen—it’s simply the nature of the job. Any returns, refunds, or warranty claims that fall outside our standard policy will be reviewed through a peer evaluation process. One or more Sheepdog Advisors (active/retired LEOs) will carefully assess the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution.
